To maintain absolute safety and total intimacy across our physical circles and digital paths, every sister must explicitly agree to these shared promises. Below is our single, unified covenant of how we fiercely guard your identity and protect your space to unbrace.
Our Safe Space Rules
We are not here to compare job titles, follower metrics, or clothing labels. Drop the heavy professional cape at the entryway threshold and step inside entirely as your raw, unfiltered self.
What is spoken or written at any event is locked inside the sisterhood. Absolutely no audio recording, streaming, or social updates are allowed inside the space. Breach of this protocol opens an immediate exit loop.
We intentionally centre and honour the lived experiences of Black women. Any other sister attending does so with deep respect, listening as a valued ally who is also welcome to share her burdens safely.
Be completely willing to lean into the physical and active release dynamics (whether painting, heavy smashing, or quiet sensory decompression). It is therapeutic, intentional, and held safely.
This is an oasis, not a marketplace. Multi-level marketing pitches, transactional business card swaps, or aggressive self-promotion of commercial services are strictly banned to protect sisters from being hunted.
You do not owe the room your trauma story or an explanation for your exhaustion. If you choose to sit through our physical or circle sessions in complete, unbothered silence, your boundary will be deeply respected.
Digital Tool Integrity & Privacy
Our on-site interactive confessional tools operate on a completely unmonitored architecture. Your digital submissions are encrypted on transmission, bypassing human moderation eyes entirely.
Once processed through our digital shredder engine, text vectors are instantly stripped of browser metrics, device specifications, and IP address footprints. What you paint, type, or smash across our virtual canvas fields leaves zero footprints behind on our servers. Additionally, when you choose to explore our external product touchstones, your checkout safety is fully maintained and guarded under the strict buyer protection terms of Amazon and Etsy.
Waitlist Communication Protocols: When you provide your contact parameters to join our private regional waitlist channels, your profile details are collected via secure double-opt-in workflows. This data is purely utilized to communicate release openings and is never packaged, tracked, or monetised through third-party brokers.
Somatic Care & Physical Liability
Our multi-city local gatherings across the regional Hamilton-to-Toronto corridor combine raw kinetic outlets with quiet, supportive circles. Because stepping out of isolated survival often requires physical movement and sensory engagement, participation inside our roving spaces relies upon these absolute structural terms:
- ✦ Community Rest, Not Clinical Therapy: While held and structured by trained keepers and somatic guides, our gatherings are intended for peer decompression, validation, and emotional unbracing. Our spaces are explicitly not a substitute for clinical psychiatric care, mental health counselling, or medical diagnostics.
- ✦ Personal Safety and Sovereignty: You remain the absolute keeper of your physical form. Every sister is expected to engage with our rooms, paint slabs, and movement lanes at a pace that respects her own body limits and personal health boundaries.
- ✦ Regional Liability Covenant: By reserving a seat, entering our offline circles, or interacting with physical release setups, you acknowledge the active nature of these somatic expressions and agree to release our local collective from any injury or personal material property liabilities incurred inside the room.
